As of January 1, 2012, I will be raising my prices for the first time in 4 years.  The prices on the website reflect this change, but will not be applicable until the new year.

To make your first session as easy as possible, come to the clinic a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out the new client paperwork, or download it here to fill it out at your leisure and bring with you.
